Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Assessment

Mrs. Julie Franczyk is the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Assessment. She previously served as the Principal at Chartiers Valley Intermediate School.

After six years as a Special Educator, Mrs. Franczyk began her administrative career at North Hills Middle School as an Assistant Principal in 2010. Mrs. Franczyk was an assistant principal at Bower Hill Elementary in Peters Township School District, then became the building principal at CV Intermediate School in 2018.

Mrs. Franczyk completed her undergraduate at California University in Elementary and Special Education. She received her graduate degree from St. Leo University in Educational Leadership. In 2008, she went on to earn her Principal’s Certification from St. Leo University. Mrs. Franczyk is a doctoral student at Point Park University in the leadership and administration program.
