Standards Response ProtocolThe "I Love U Guys" Standard Response Protocol (SRP) is a set of established, action-based responses designed to improve school safety by standardizing the language and actions taken in various emergencies, such as lockdowns, evacuations, and shelter situations. Developed by the "I Love U Guys" Foundation, the SRP provides clear directives (e.g., "Lockdown," "Evacuate") that students, staff, and responders can follow to reduce confusion and ensure a coordinated response. The protocol emphasizes simplicity and uniformity, helping schools and other organizations quickly and effectively respond to emergencies to protect everyone involved.
