Tax Information

Real estate tax statements are mailed to homeowners and mortgage companies July 1 of each tax year.  Due to recent changes in tax laws, Jordan Tax Service collects all School District Act 511 taxes.

ARP ESSER Funds

The Pennsylvania Department of Education offered Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Funds to schools in Pennsylvania during COVID-19.

As part of that effort, the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021 provided Pennsylvania schools with $5 billion in emergency funding to support the long term work of education recovery. Chartiers Valley School District's allocation was $2,702,826.
