At the School Board meeting on Tuesday, October 25, the CVSD School Board made the following statement:
"We are thankful for the dedicated teaching faculty at Chartiers Valley School District. We know it takes a special person to become a teacher. The job can be stressful and demanding -- and the Board and our community applaud our teachers and staff for the difference they make in students’ lives.
