PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A WORK PERMIT
Any student (ages 14 – 17) interested in seeking employment, must get an Application for Work Permit from the secretary in the Student Services Center.
This application is comprised of 2 sections:
Part A – To be completed by the issuing officer
Part B - To be completed by parent or guardian
The student will provide the secretary with the information necessary for the completion of Part A and be instructed to have the parent or guardian fill out Part B. Only when the completed form (along with a copy of a birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport) is returned to the Student Services Center can the actual work permit be issued.
